Join Chelsie Bauer with Roots of Peace Yoga three Saturdays a month from 8 a.m. - 9 a.m. at Explore Fitness and Dance for some yoga! Her classes are very Hatha based, offering postures suitable for every body, along with some guided breath-work and meditations. Chelsie is a 300 hour-YTT certified instructor and believes yoga isn't just about fitness, but about finding one's center in a very uncentered world.
The classes at Explore Fitness and Dance are suitable for yogis of all levels and are beginner friendly. Chelsie offers lots of modifications so you can get as much (or as little) out of your practice as you like.
