Coach katrina

Coach Katrina is a Pain free performance specialist and participates in as many local RUNNING and biking races as her schedule allows. She has COMPETED IN spartan obstacle course races (frequently placing in the top 10) and POWER LIFTING COMPETITIONS: SETTING STATE RECORDs and most recently winning first place at the 2024 cloud peak classic deadlifting competition in sheridan, wy.

Katrina has B.S. IN BIOENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES AND AN M.S. IN SOIL SCIENCE FROM TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY. in 2019 she decided to pursue her passion in health and wellness by starting her own business as a personal trainer, dance teacher, and outdoor expert.

Katrina STARTED DANCING IN 1996 AND HAS TAUGHT DANCE SINCE 1997. she ATTENDED THE ROYAL ACADEMY OF FINE ARTS IN CLEAR LAKE, TEXAS WHERE SHE GRADUATED THROUGH ALL EIGHT LEVELS OF THE GRADED DIVISION, WAS PEDAGOGY CERTIFIED AT THE BAY AREA PERFORMING ARTS CENTER AND GRADUATED FROM THE HIGH SCHOOL FOR THE PERFORMING AND VISUAL ARTS IN HOUSTON, TEXAS.

Katrina LIVES IN spearfish, SD, is fueled by plants, LOVES ANYTHING OUTDOORS, and is routinely involved with local community theatre. If she isn’t at the gym or on an outdoor adventure, you will find her reading a good book or listening to a podcast.
