While I train individuals with ANY goal, my speciality is nagging injuries, achy joints, post-rehab/surgery, chronic illness/pain, and basically anyone that feels "broken". We will find a way to execute the exercises with zero pain while making you believe you are stronger than you think you are!
One-on-ONe Personal Training:
